Seachoice reserves the right to make changes in product specifications for the purpose of

improvement without prior notice. 

SEACHOICE warrants the original consumer purchaser that SEACHOICE consumer

products will be free from defective materials or workmanship, under normal use and

service, for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date.

This Warranty is void if the consumer product warranted has been damaged by accident

or unreasonable use, neglect, improper service, unauthorized alteration, or other cause

not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.

In no event shall SEACHOICE be liable for loss of use of its consumer product nor for

other incidental or consequential costs, expenses or damages incurred by any person.

During the Warranty period, your SEACHOICE product will either be repaired or it will be

replaced with a like product (at SEACHOICE option) when returned prepaid and insured,

with proof-of-purchase date to SEACHOICE at the address listed below.
